The concept of Boteco Graze came in to our minds when we started to rethink about the Truck. On every trip we took to Brazil I always tried to bring Chris to a different restaurant and started to see more and more of a pattern. Some of the sit down restaurants had an add-on option - a graze table full with delicious and fresh food from salads to finger foods and some even hot dishes. Sometimes we would just graze on that and be set for the night.
The Boteco Graze is an wonderful option for corporate events, engagement parties, birthday parties and any other event. You will find anything from charcuterie to finger foods and caldinhos (Brazilian Soups) with the option of adding a full meal.
